community partnership program (CPP)The Community Partnership Program is created by the executive team of Da Kine Cafe, Inc. The purpose is to ignite local businesses, create local jobs, and develop economic growth within the community while raising funds for local schools, youth leagues, the American Cancer Society, and other organizations within your community. This program will be available toward the 3rd quarter of 2011. One of the biggest barrier for most business owners are customer acquisition. That's why collective buying power business models such as Groupon is successful. It's a gigantic success story that google, yelp, and many other major players enter into this space as well. It changes the landscape of customer acquisition and customer retention. Here's the Problem: Consumers in this arena become bargain hunters. Although customer acquisition is virtually zero upfront cost to the business owners, customer retention is practically impossible. These consumers will patron base on the deal of the day, making it impossible for the merchants to retain them as future paying customers at full price. As a result, these models have fatally put many small business owners out of business.
