The following menu is provided for our friends, family, and valued customers who have food and allergen sensitivities or an intolerance to gluten. Please inform your server if you, or any of the guests in your dining party, have any food allergies.

Da Appetizers

  • Spam Musubi - a GF teriyaki glazed slice of spam wrapped with rice and nori. Try it once, and you’ll be coming back for more!
  • Edamame - steamed edamame (soy beans) served lightly salted.
  • Tuna Roll - cooked tuna and romaine on rice drizzled with GF teriyaki sauce wrapped in nori.
  • Macadamia Nut Spring Mix Salad - spring mix salad with carrots and macadamia nuts drizzled with papaya seed dressing.
  • Huli Huli Chicken Wings - party wings marinated in GF pineapple huli huli sauce and stir fried to perfection.
  • Teriyaki Chicken Wrap - diced GF teriyaki glazed chicken on a bed of cabbage and topped with green onions served with chilled green leaf lettuce, purple cabbage, shredded carrots, and GF teriyaki sauce.

Da Poke Bar

Pokē is the Hawaiian verb for "section" or "to slice or cut". It is raw ahi tuna fish served as an appetizer tossed in GF San Jay soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, fresh limu, and Hawaiian salt. We offer 8 scrumptious ahi poke flavors for your discriminating palate.

  • Ahi Poke Plate - raw tuna tossed in GF San Jay soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, limu, and Hawaiian salt, served with two scoops of rice and green salad.
  • Seared Ahi Plate - tuna coated in Hawaiian salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and seared in olive oil, served with two scoops of rice and green salad.
  • Teriyaki Short Ribs - tender, center cut ribs glazed with GF teriyaki sauce, served with two scoops of rice and green salad.
  • Lau Lau Plate - steamed pork wrapped in layers of taro leaves and ti leaves, served with two scoops of rice and green salad.
  • Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice - pineapple chicken fried rice, island-style.
  • Seared Ahi Salad - spring mix salad drizzled with papaya seed dressing and topped with sliced seared ahi tuna.
  • Macadamia Nut Spring Mix - spring mix salad with carrots and macadamia nuts drizzled with papaya seed dressing.
  • Spam and Eggs - three slices of spam, two fried eggs, and two scoops of rice. this is a favorite dish in Hawaii. it is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
